Your shirt is made specifically to your measurements, so once payment is taken we cannot accept changes to your order or cancellations, except in accordance with your legal rights. A replacement shirt will be produced, only if your first shirt does not fit ( see points 1-3 of complaint document) or if the shirt does not comply with the order confirmation (points 4-8 of complaint document). The completed complaint document has to be emailed to us within 7 days from receipt of your shirt. As the garment is made to your measurements, no returns can be made by post or via stores.
To fill in the complaint document, go to M&S Made to Measure "My Account", then "My Design and Purchase" then "Previously Purchased". You will need to specify what's wrong with the garment and if necessary we will ask you for more measurements. M&S Made to Measure gives a 100% fit guarantee for your first shirt. The replacement shirt will arrive within 21 days of submitting your complaint document. We will keep you updated on the progress of your new order by email.
