Your shirt is made specifically to your measurements, so once payment is taken we cannot accept changes to your order or cancellations, except in accordance with your legal rights. Please note that the cancellation right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to bespoke made to measure shirts. A replacement shirt will be made if your shirt does not fit (see points 1-3 of complaint document ) or if the shirt does not comply with the order confirmation (see points 4-8 of complaint document). If you wish to apply for a replacement shirt, please email the completed form to us within 7 days from receipt of your shirt. As the garment is made to your measurements, no returns can be made by post or via stores.
To fill in the complaint document, go to M&S Made to Measure "My Account", then "My Design and Purchase" then "Previously Purchased". You will need to specify what's wrong with the garment and if necessary we will ask you for more measurements. M&S Made to Measure gives a 100% fit guarantee for your first shirt. The replacement shirt will arrive within 21 days of submitting your complaint document. We will keep you updated on the progress of your new order by email.
You can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or JCB. Please note that we don't accept Maestro, M&S Budget and M&S Chargecards for Made to Measure Shirt orders.
